[SM-USERS] new user question

I am about to start using Squirrelmail but before I set it up on my box =
I thought I might be able to run it from a hosting service I already =
have. Unfortunately, the support channel there has been less than =
helpful as to whether or not their servers will support it. If someone =
would take a look at the specs for each and let know I would be =
grateful.

What I am particularly concerned about is the email server requirements =
that Squirrelmail has:

IMAP4rev1 server (TheUWServer, CourierImap, TheCyrusServer, CommuniGate, =
MS Exchange Server, MercuryMail 32

The hosting services supported services:

They did,however, that it will not work if I need shell access. The =
hosting service does not support it. I briefly perused the =
squirrelmail.org site but I didn't see any obvious information regarding =
this.=20
