[SM-DEVEL] 1.2.11 and older browsers?

Hello, all.  Have any of you heard of problems with Squirrelmail 1.2.11
and Netscape 4 or IE 5?

I just installed 1.2.11 and discovered that there's no body textarea
in the Compose page under Netscape 4 (and I've had people complain
about the same issue with IE 5).  I didn't see this problem with 1.2.10,
and I don't see it with newer browsers (Mozilla, IE 6).  I've tried it
with a clean 1.2.11 install and still see it.  Has anybody else?  Any
suggestions?
