[SM-PLUGINS] Filters Download Missing

Hi all,

I downloaded SM 1.2.11 and it appears that the filters plugin packaged
is version 0.8.3. When I enable this plugin it stops anyone from logging
into sm. 

On the website it states:

Filters - Added to 1.2 SM core - (3485 downloads)
Details | Download 1.0-1.1.2 | Download 0.9.0-1.1.2.

Filters SPAM and also filters email into separate folders based on
To/From/CC or Subject 

Which says there is a later version. However there is no download link
there. 

Could someone tell me where to get the latest version for SM1.2.x?
