Not sure what's wrong except that you didn't enter the username *exactly* as IMAP knows it (did you forget domain information perhaps?). Please install the setup.php from the attached tarball and change $debug on line 30 to = 1. It should print out your real username as well as each of the admin values you entered. Make sure you have a match.
