[SM-DEVEL] PHP 4.1

Hi All,

Before we release 1.2.5, we have to make sure of 2 things...

1. CVS works perfectly together with PHP 4.1
* everybody who has 4.1 running, please stress-test it
* everybody who wanted to upgrade to 4.1 anyway:
  do so and report any problems you get with SM
  -- we'll try to fix 'em ASAP,
     since PHP 4.1 is high priority now

(Some may recognize a bunzo quote over here: ;-))

2. The filter plugin is fixed.
* In particular, it is REALLY irritating that it no longer filters
  on the folder list refresh. This needs to happen.
* One technique (and a good one) for fixing this would be to
  provide a user option as follows:
   Filter Messages: Message List Refresh Only
                    Folder List Refresh Only
                    Message and Folder List Refresh
* One thing to be aware of is making sure the SPAM filtering does
  not cause us issues with the main filtering stuff.
