I'm sorry but I've some problems to understand your message (don't worry, it's probably my fault as my english is ver bad) Bron Gondwana dijo: > Is it just me, or is it a bit silly having plugins (in a hard coded > directory none less) sticking their tentacles all through the main > code base? May I ask if you know the purpose of that plugin? And why it is coded into a plugin? How can you run different plugins with the same name on a same system ? Indeed plugin names are unique, specially these that are released together with SM (for an evident reason). This doesn't mean that an isolated coder decide to code a plugin with a name that is already in use, but in that case I suppose that when the coder decide to release the plugin into our site he will change the name (for evident reasons too). -- Saludos: Philippe Mingo |
