This is not necessary. I have observed the sourceforge lists to be
very smart about not sending duplicate messages to people in the to
and cc headers.

Just hit "reply all" and send away.

(For instance, I just hit reply all to this message, without doing
any to/cc monkeying and note the you (Bjarke) did not get a
duplicate.)

Hehe. That occurred to me as well. I have already retrained myself,
with respect to the lists, so I decided just to deal with it... :)
