RE: [SM-PLUGINS] File Manager plug in

Is your web server (apache?) username/usergroup really "www"?  It's not
"nobody" or "apache" is it (because the ownership and permissions you
show are good enough for file_manager)?  There's not already an
"Awards_Program.doc" in that directory, is there (if so, check its
permissions too)?
