#168 Index order broken

When I remove the last option from the index order (through Options -> Index Order) and return to the INBOX, the option is still shown.

When I remove another option from the index order the option is actually removed, but the last option is duplicated. Repeating this process can result in an index order with e.g. 6 times a From-field, which can only be fixed by changing the userprefs manually.

This happens ONLY when using a database backend for storing the user preferences. When returning to a file-based backend for user preferences everything works fine.

SquirrelMail version: 1.4.10a
Plugins: Default, no extra plugins installed
PHP: 5.2.0-8+etch7
MySQL: 14.12 Distrib 5.0.32

I cannot reproduce with version 1.4.13 and database-backed preferences. Can you be more specific and/or test with a newer SM version?
