#139 1.5.2cvs Maximum execution time exceeded in strings.php

Whenever a reply an email with a long (usually encoded message in the body) string strings.php times out in line 274.

Apparenlty it can't find a whitespace (or takes a long time to do so) and times out.

the problem is in these lines:

// start looking backwards for whitespace to break at.
$breakPoint = $eol;
while (($breakPoint > $pos) && (! ctype_space (sq_substr($body,$breakPoint,1)))) {
$breakPoint--;
}

Hi, do you have such a message available? Or can you describe what kind of strings cause this?

The message was a MIME encoded, only there was a problem with the original sender's email client
so the whole MIME encoded (or base64, i don't know) text was sent as plain text, something like:

but a lot longer. I have not been able to reproduce this bug. sorry.
