#852 Attachment problems w/ 1.3.1

Just tried to download a 1.9M ZIP attachment and had a
couple of weird results...

1) Clicked on the actual filename (Which in 1.2.7 it
would attempt to download.), and it popped up with the
memory exhausted error.

2) When I use the download button it only downloaded
343KB of the file and stopped with no errors.

Yes, it should be solved. It is a work on progress to limit
max size for attachement for avoiding such a errors

I tried using the v1.3.2 on a 1.9M file and it died at 352 bytes.
