Ever since I upgraded to the latest SquirellMail (now
1.02, i think I was 1.0 previously, skipped 1.01), it
seems as though *intermittantly* i'll have long delays
(up to half a day) before my sent emails are received
by whatever party should be receiving them. I'm using
sendmail 8.11.1 and imap... well, whatever the version
right before UW IMAP 2000 was.. (sorry, not too
helpfull).
Anyways, if I use Pine, or an IMAP email client to
send the email its fine; it arrives within
seconds/minutes. But squirellmail seems to delay
it,.. sometimes. Problem is I can't reproduce this.
I've been checking the mail queue, it is always
empty. (this box only has about a dozen users and
sends only a couple hundred emails a day, max).
No other changes have been made to the system. Its
redhat linux 6.2 +updates, kernel 2.2.16, MySQL latest
stable, PHP 4.0.3pl1, Apache 1.3.14.... pretty basic
system.
Have you guys had any issues like this?
