Thanks, I found the registry key, removed it and now the bookmarks are
displaying correctly.
I just have a question on development of Java GUI's on multiple
platforms. Why did you use the home folder on *NIX and the registry on
Windows? Considering that you do already make use of the home folder on
Windows for other things like plugins etc. Is there a problem with how
Windows treats the home folder vs *NIX? Or did you try and make the
application use all of the features that were provided by the host OS?
