[Squirrel-sql-users] PostgreSQL timestamp with time zone does not display the zone

It is probably technically correct that Squirrel displays the local 
timestamp for timestamp with time zone, but it misses the point of the 
intent: when the time zone is part of the data type, the intent is to 
see the zone, especially through the SQL client when querying the DB, 
which may be a different intent from doing it in the back-end code. So I 
am going to put this out there: probably Squirrel should display the TZ 
instead of converting to the local time.
