[Squirrel-sql-develop] Date/Time/Timestamp

Hi Folks,

I have changed the Date, Time and Timestamp in the cell editing code to
use the "JDBC escape" format.  Thanks, Gerd, for pointing me to the
appropriate reference.  This change should remove any problems with
updating non-date/time/timestamp fields in rows containing a
date/time/timestamp column.

This (probably) will not fix all of the problems people have been having
with date/time/timestamp, but it may make some of them go away.
