Hi Johan,
I started using Castor stuff about a year ago on one project but found it
to heavy weight for the development I was doing... I haven't looked into
ObjectBridge at all so may check that out to see what it has to offer...
what I developed was something very lightweight as I stated before, nothing
fancy, no caching, no handling of relationships...
As to what I would like to create is pretty much what you state... I
already have a tool to generate java objects from tables, so would look at
rewriting this to do it from within squirrel... then as a a side project do
a something like ObjectBridge et al... however, maybe I need to look at
what other tools there are like ObjectBridge first...
So far what I have developed for myself has been for small client side
applications, so it is coded just around what I required at the time...
