[Squirrel-sql-develop] jEdit plugin and JDK1.4

Because of changes in JDK1.4 to do with focus handling in order to make the
jEdit plugin work with JDK1.4 it must be compiled using JDK1.4. If you need
to compile it with JDK1.3 just remove the file java14.java.
