Replacing the IzPack class files worked. The installer now runs perfectly.

I am having no problems at all on my win32 (cygwin) or linux.. I know
that probably won't help you out much..  But as a last resort try
downloading cygwin and use it's local CVS tool instead of winCVS..  I
downloaded winCVS 1.36 and it wouldn't run on my win2000 box.
