#516 Clear SVN and CVS repositories

I got tricked. I thought the code for SQuirreL was on:
https://sourceforge.net/p/squirrel-sql/code/

When instead it was on:
https://sourceforge.net/p/squirrel-sql/git/

So I accidentally opened a patch for some obsolete code:
https://sourceforge.net/p/squirrel-sql/patches/75/

To prevent more mistakes, could you please clear/wipe both SVN and CVS repositories? Thank you.
