#404 Mac-Icon for SquirrelSQL

This is not really a feature request, but a proposal for tracker item 2976544 . I could not find a way to upload a file while posting a comment to that item.

I included a Mac OS X icon file that uses the old icon for low resolutions, multiple high-res versions. I created the hi-res version myself (based on the old icon). I am no artist, but I think it is at least better than the pixelated version.

I put this file into the public domain.
