#240 New CSV import plugin

It would be really nice if there was a CSV import plugin so that I could do away with my other DB tools completely.

I'm envisioning something similar to the SQL Sever Enterprise Manager import tool:

1. Select source file.
2. Select delimiter and string identifier.
3. Select new or existing desitination table.
4. Pick which columns to import, data types and mappings if importing to an existing table.
5. Import with progress bar.

I am currently working on a new version of the dataimport plugin, that can do exactly this (and even more). Stay tuned!
