When I have "confirm unsaved edits" turned on, and I
open a file in a separate SQL worksheet from the main
session panel, then close the session, the changes are
lost.

To reproduce:

1. Open a session window
2. Ctrl - N
3. In the new SQL Worksheet window, open a file and make
changes.
4. Close the main session window ( or simply close the
new SQL Worksheet window.
5. Note that the changes made in the new SQL Worksheet
window are lost.

More info here. The new SQL Worksheet functionality doesn't
support saving files independently from the main SQL
worksheet. I've now whacked the contents of several
files unexpectedly using multiple SQL worksheets when
editing files. It appears to overwrite the file contents
in the file which has been opened in the main

Should probably stay away from using this
functionality until I've had a chance to work out a
solution for the problem. It's too easy
to lose the data in your scripts. Thank goodness for
    CVS :)
