#245 Redundant Oracle Object Listing

I am working on on a small Oracle instance that has just
1 function and 2 packages.

The function object shows up in 3 places
1) Under Functions object hierarchy
2) Under Procedures object hierarchy
3) Under Packages object hiearchy as Standalone

Each distinct function/procedure in the packages show
up in 2 places
1) Under Packages object hierarchy in their respective
package
2) Under Procedures object hierarchy

One side affect is that I am unable to view source code for
the function except when I select it under the Function
Hierarchy.
