#1495 Refactorings tab is emptied on refresh

Steps to reproduce:

• After connecting to your database open tab "Supported refactorings".
  --> Refactorings are listed, e.g. "supportsCreateTable", "supportsAddColumn", etc.
• Change your object tree selection, e.g. to a schema.
• Change your object tree selection back to the root node.
  --> The list of Refactorings is empty.

Class SupportedRefactoringsTab makes use of MapDataSet to store the actual Refactorings.
I guess the problem is that when SupportedRefactoringsTab is refreshed the iterator in MapSataSet is reused without being reset/renewed.
(--> BaseObjectTab.select() --> BaseObjectTab.refreshComponent() )
