When using the Oracle plugin as a library, in the attached java program, the query named sqlScriptString is tokenized correctly, but sql2 is not. They only differ in the presence of '\r'. Looking at the code, it seems that the QueryTokenizer is replacing '\r' with ' ', as shown here:
script = script.replace('\r', ' ');
It may be better to do:
script = script.replace("\r", "");
Which I did o the client code and fixed the issue.
The used dependency is:

Version 3.5.0 is long outdated. SQuirreL doesn't use the Maven build system anymore since several years. That is the reason why current versions are not available in Maven repositories.

Due to these version issues your example code does not compile with the QueryTokenizer since 2018.
