1) Packaging bug fixed. The bug was causing only the lib directory to show up in the package. Now it comes with all source, pregenerated javadocs as well as the sqlunit.jar file.
2) Added support for checking the value of out and inout parameters.
3) Added the number of milliseconds each test takes to the SQLUnit output. This may be used for profiling stored procedures.
