I installed, now how do I run it?

There is icon or anything in programs menu to run your program.
I double click on C:\Program Files\usqlt\jmu-sqltools.jar
Java vitual machine launcher says "Could not find the main class. Program will exit.

  SQL Tools has not been in active development for quite a while however I've just updated it so it will run under JDK 1.5 (and should still run under JDK 1.4.
  
  Go ahead an uninstall the version you installed.
  You can download one that is working from:
  https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=4741&package_id=4754&release_id=354746
  
  execute it by double clicking the jar on operating systems that support that kind of thing, or by running j"java -jar sqltools-1.1.4.jar" in your shell.
  
  I'm pleased to say it still works as well as ever.
