[Sqlrelay-discussion] update sqlrelay-0.41/test/perl/mysql.pl

Hey,
 since out of the box the sqlrelay perl test (mysql.pl) does not work
anymore (together with MySQL 5+). I updated the test case (mainly MySQL
binding issues :var -> ? ).
Included are two patches:
- "test_perl_mysql_pl" which updates the old mysql.pl to work the newer
mysql_binding scheme
- "test_perl_mysql5_pl" which adds a new file "mysql5.pl" like David did
for test/c++ .
