In 2.13 (beta) the file
"sqlpp/SQLpp/sqlpp/queries/stored_non_query_procedure.hpp" is missed.
So I copy they from sqlpp 2.12. It runs but it could be dirty?
Please use this bulid.xml. I have add a "clean" target and remove a
error in "build" target.
