 To clarify a bit:  There can be multple Person instances in memory at the same time.  If you ask for two different Person IDs, you get references to two different Person instances.   If you ask for the same Person ID multiple times, you get multiple references to the same Person instance.

+It's probably just me, but I'm finding this part quite confusing.  You'd use a left join to join two tables together, but this example refers to THREE tables, MyTable, Table1, and Table2.  I haven't been able to grasp what's going on.
