[SQLObject] PostgreSQL tables with namespaces and the primary key

Hi,

I've got a table that is qualified by a namespace
(schemaname.relationname) and the primary key query doesn't  return a
result despite there being an existing primary key on that table. This
is a problem for me as I use "fromDatabase" extensively.  I'm not sure
if it's useful to anyone else but I've attached a patch.
