I agree; I was planning on renaming as you suggest them when refactoring the join objects, which will simultaneously make them simpler (mostly into normal descriptor objects). And probably ManyToManyJoin will be SQLRelatedJoin, not RelatedJoin, because SQLRelatedJoin is nicer.
