To apply cd to document root:
patch SQLClinic.pm < clinic-2.3.0-beta1-20040127.patch

This patch fixes a bad date valued returned from a postgres
backend when the apache httpd.conf SetEnv command setx
the PGDATESTYLE environment variable to Postgres.
This is an interim patch as a non-beta archive is due
out soon.
