-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi everyone, I've just joined the list, so firstly a general greeting to all here. I'm a python newbie as well as a spyce newbie and I'm just in the process of trying to get everything to work. I have a problem with importing python modules. I'm running Spyce/Apache/mod_python/Redhat9 and I wanted to separate my application out into some modules. I've put my python code in a directory structure and although I haven't got this directory in the PYTHONPATH environment variable, I can access my modules from a test script that uses sys.path.append to add the directory. I have added the directory to the pythonpath variable in the spyce mod_python configuration, and if I create a spyce page that outputs sys.path, I can see that this has worked. The only problem is that when I try to put it all together I get a spyce exception saying "ImportError: No module named bl.guestbook_bl". (bl.guestbook_bl being the name of the module that I can access from a python script) Can anyone suggest other variables that are at play here? I've already checked the file permissions, and I don't think it's that. Are there some other pieces to this puzzle that I'm just not seeing?
