#19 Account details missing from dialog

In the preferences dialog, under the "accounts" tab, if I
click on the "EDIT" button for POP accounts then the
resulting dialog does not show any accounts. If I add a
new account then all the old ones appear and can be
edited, but the initial dialog is empty.

I'm using Gentoo with the current stable version (0.7.5 I
think but I'll have to cehck when I get home).
