I've added a basic homepage listing the basic features of this plugin - has a few screenshots as well.

The config file rename now scans all config sets on teh workspace looking for references to update. Once I've added Move support and Factory move/rename support then I'll be ready for bundling and releasing 0.0.1 !

Rename a config file and the name change gets reflected in the config file list. Need to make it work with config sets and file moves though....

Fixes problem with null entries in the config file list. Also now displays the workspace path of the files being changed rather than just the filename.
