we are preparing a new release of Spring IDE. The following is a copy  
of the current release notes:


This release contains bugfixes and some new features. For a detailed  
summary of all tickets visit {15}.

BeansCore

internally used XML parser Xerces updated to version 2.7.1
bugs in BeansConfigValidator fixed:
check for no-arguments-constructor skipped for attribute  
'autowire="constructor"'
skipping placeholders in classes and property names
init-method and destroy-method are validated now
required default constructor are validated now
BeansUI

more suitable icons in the BeansView and the outline view of  
BeansXmlEditor
descriptive icons in BeansXmlEditor outline view instead of verbose text
new entry in BeansView context menu for opening the selected node in  
an text editor
new action in BeansXmlEditor outline view for alphabetically sorting - 
 > there's an issue with WebStandardTools 1.0 (refer to Bugzilla  
entry 122403)
new entry in BeansView context menu for toggeling the outline style  
between Spring-style and standard XML-style -> there's an issue with  
WebStandardTools 1.0 (refer to Bugzilla entry 122404)

Maybe you can give the stuff in the trunk of our Subversion  
repository a try :-)
