[Springframework-developer] reference docs

I've updated the reference docs for Velocity and XSLT integration.  Within 
the views.xml file are placeholders for Tiles and Tapestry too since this 
info sits quite well in there.

Unfortunately, I'm not at all familiar with Tapestry and have only really 
toyed with Tiles.  However, if no-one else has time to do it, I'm happy to 
hack out the reference docs for them based on Alef's tiles-sample 
application and Colin's Tapestry html document.  As long as someone checks 
them afterwards for erroneous assumptions or blatent errors, it should be 
ok.
