I've got it on hourly builds at the moment while I'm tinkering with it. 
It's also just doing an update but I'd like to do a clean build at least 
once a day. Perhaps Alef can help with that as he said he's pretty 
familiar with CC.

Not as far as I know :), but I'm pretty new to hosting business so the 
exerience is welcome. It's running on a DSL line which seems to be OK. I 
get quite a lot of hits already just from Google searches on the Spring 
and JBoss stuff.
