   Thanks, I missed that. The name is probably embedded somewhere
   in the stylesheet, and I haven't looked at it yet.

   Speaking of documentation, is anyone aware of a good visual tool
   for producing DocBook documentation? Altova's Authentic
   (http://www.altova.com/products_doc.html) is pretty
   good (and also free) but it does not support pre-formatted areas
   at the moment (I reported the bug). I've tried half of dozen of other
   XML editors but none seem to give you a real advantage over
   a plain old text editor.

   My other bet is OpenOffice, but its XSL stylesheet also needs to be
   tweaked to support preformatted areas. I haven't gotten around
   to doing that yet.
