Hi Alef,

I'm still finding my way around CC, but there's a "spamwhilebroken" 
which I think can be used to disable repeated notifications of a broken 
build. The mails are too big just now anyway, so I need to find a way to 
cut down the CC report first... and then wait for someone to break the 
build :).
