[Springframework-developer] Small change made to ContextLoader

I've modified it to add a template method which may be implemented by a 
subclass to optionally load/initialize an ApplicationContext instance 
which will (if it exists) be used as a parent of the 
WebApplicationContext loaded by ContextLoader.
