[Springframework-developer] Hibernate 2.1 and CGLIB

I have looked through the mailing list archives but was unable to find 
the answer to my question.  Will Spring move to support Hibernate 2.1 
(as it is the new *recommended* version) and, if so, when?

Also, does anyone know if I can use it now with the cglib version 
change?
