[Springframework-developer] Scheduler update #2

I've attached a rough user manual for the scheduler I have been working 
on, and I have allocated certain amount of time to finish it. The manual
should should give you an idea of how will the schedule be used.

Any comments before I go and finish this?

Also:

Will the scheduler be accepted as a part of Spring?

I am all for having pluggable scheduler, so people can choose the one
they like. Is anyone willing to contribute a Quartz wrapper? Now would
be a very good time to get the abstraction interfaces right.
