[Springframework-developer] JDBC core tests

Just an FYI that I will NOT be working on the JDBC core tests, at least for
a week or so.  We are currently porting our app to the new (cvs) version of
Spring, and there is a bunch of changes required.  This is mainly in case
anyone is waiting for me before touching the JDBC packages, feel free to do
it.

The good news is that there is some additional functionality we should be
able to add back into Spring (but I'll cover that in other threads).
