Spring's concepts are clearly explained. Configuration is the confusing 
part. Snapshots of working configurations showing where config files 
belong in a directory tree or jar, war, ear file and example sets of 
config files should be straight forward to provide while being the most 
concrete guide for Spring users. I'd think you could come up with a good 
set from existing configurations.
