Under the circumstances, I don't know whether you consider it important to= =20 remove the deprecation tags and comments from the ContextLoaderServlet et a= l=20 classes before the M1 release? If it's only in Servlet 2.4 that correct=20 behaviour can be guaranteed, then perhaps the comments should reflect this = to=20 avoid confusion for people using containers that implement the WebLogic=20 behaviour.
