I made this change, and now when I check out the project from Eclipse it builds --
right out of the box.  As long as junit.jar is in the classpath for Ant Runtime,
tests now run OK inside Eclipse as well.  I guess this is thanks to the
xercesImpl.jar that JeanPierre added earlier.
