It's a trivial point, but I think of 0.9.1 as a "slight patch 
to 0.9", probably a bug fix.

0.91 implies that it's a new release progressively closer to 
1.0, like JSP 0.92. Of course 0.8 to 0.9 would have made this 
progression clearer, but I think we were right to start with 
0.9.
