Juergen,

I think a 0.9.1 realease with the old com.interface21 package names very soon is
fine.  The new CVS module with org.springframework should follow as soon as we
can after we cut the 0.9.1 release.  I did a refactor trial run today using
IDEA, and was able to get a clean build in less than half an hour.  Then we can
update all the docs and anything else that breaks before we release 1.0M1.
